Seattle’s local horse racing track is where I’ll be striking it rich today.
I know very little about horse racing. I can barely understand all the data provided in the day’s program. I would suggest reading this before you go. You’ll see the day’s slate of races with their past race results, times, track conditions, their trainer, owner and the jockey that will be riding them. You’ll also see the records and winnings. All that should in theory help you pick the winner.
The wife and I have no allusions about walking out big winners – after all, you have to bet big to win big. However, today the track record for payout was broken by the extreme long shot Making Fire. A $2 bet paid out at a whopping $153. I spotted one guy that was extremely happy cashing in his ticket – sadly that guy was not me.
